we ship within australia to all states and new zealand. orders are despatched within 2 -4 business days from our melbourne warehouse. orders include the australian gst.

australian orders will shipped by australia parcel post, whether they are standard or express. this has tracking and is registered. if australia post is unable to deliver the parcel because you are not home or there is not access you will be sent a text, email or a card for collection at your nearest post office. you will be provided with a tracking number via email when your order is shipped so you can track the delivery of the parcel. it is recommended you provide an address where someone will be in attendance to receive the parcel weekdays (mon-frid) during business hours of 9-5.30.

new zealand orders will be shipped by australia post international. this has tracking, is registered and requires your signature upon receipt of delivery. you will be provided with a tracking number so you can track the delivery of the parcel. it is recommended you provide an address where someone will be in attendance to receive the parcel weekdays (mon-fri)

orders shipped to new zealand from australia are international. international orders may incur import duties and government taxes that apply in your country. you the buyer are responsible for arranging and paying any relevant duty, tax and associated costs which may be applied by your customs upon entry of your order into the country of destination. we do not calculate or add these costs when you place your order and we confirm it. we do not accept any responsibility for local sales taxes that may apply, such as goods and service tax.

we will send all orders with correct sales invoices and documents. we do recommend contacting your local customs office to check on any relevant duties and taxes and or clearing costs before you place an order with us.

international orders may incur import duties and government taxes that apply in the country of destination. you the buyer are responsible for arranging and paying any relevant duty, tax and associated costs which may be applied by your customs upon entry of your order at the destination. we do not calculate these costs when you place your order and we confirm it. we also do not accept any responsibility for local sales taxes that may apply, such as goods and service tax.

additional notes for australia and international shipping

on all international orders we are required by law to declare the full value of all items and identify they are dutiable items. if the items are gifts, they are still subject to the same legal reporting and documentation as any other purchase and subject to any relevant import duty, taxes and associated clearing fees.

in the event a customer refuses to accept delivery of the order or pay for any relevant duties, taxes and clearing costs and the order is returned to us at our cost, the cost of the return and other related costs will be deducted from any credit issued to the customer.

we do not accept responsibility for lost, attempted delivery and returned to us, theft of packages and or delays in transit times. if item is redirected to the carrier depot you must contact the carrier directly to arrange a suitable re-delivery or collection. we do not accept additional charges for re-delivery.

if an error is made by you in the shipping address and the order is redirected or returned, we reserve the right to re-charge the freight cost or associated costs in order to re-ship the order. this includes any charges we may incur from the courier, customs, government taxes and fees.

shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited.
