can you ship my order from the usa or europe?
no, we currently only ship from our warehouse in melbourne, victoria, australia

what payment options can I use?
we accept, master card, visa, amex, paypal . we offer e-gift cards please refer to our gift card options in the gift card menu

can I pay in us dollars or euro?
our online web site is in australian dollars. you can use you credit cards and this will convert to australian dollars at the real time rate at the time of processing.

are there are duties or taxes applied to my order
all orders shipped within australia include australian gst.
new zelaland and international orders are invoiced in australian dollars and do not include duties and taxes and are shipped ddu (delivery duty unpaid). your order may be subject to local duties, taxes and clearing costs upon arrival into your country. you the buyer are responsible for arranging and paying any relevant duty, taxes and associated costs. please refer to our shipping terms located in our “information” menu and we suggest contacting your local customs office to clarify local requirements.

what shipping methods are used for my orders?
aus post for australia, new zealand and international to
asia, europe, uk, usa, canada ( international can be ups via australia post)

can I make a change to my order, for example if I need to change the delivery address or I have selected the wrong item?
we are unable to edit the order you placed online. we also cannot change the order once it has been dispatched. you must contact us as soon as possible in the event you have entered incorrect delivery address so we can do our best to rectify the problem. if you do not contact us in time to advise of changes the order may be dispatched which means we are unable to accommodate the changes. in the event the product may need to be returned to us, any re-shipping costs will need to be at your cost. regarding incorrect product details, contact us as soon as possible so we can see if we can rectify the problem. we do not offer exchanges or credits for change of mind.

can I do click and collect. no we currently don't offer click and collect. 

what happens if the item I order is out of stock, but my order was accepted?we will contact you and advise the back in stock date or credit your account

what happens in the event my order wasn’t delivered to me and or is returned to you?
if aus post or dhl is unable to successfully deliver your order, due to a number of failed attempts to deliver the order (your not home or incorrect address details), or duties and taxes have not been paid we will not be liable and take no responsibility for costs on any returns to us, or any costs associated with unpaid duties or taxes. if we are required to re-ship the order to you this will be at your cost. any associated costs we may have incurred in the return of the order and re-shipping of the order will be due and payable by you and or be deducted from any credit issued to your account.

what happens if my order is lost or goes missing?
if you do not receive your order within the expected delivery timeframes you should contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. we do not take responsibility for orders where delivery was attempted and you were not home.

how do I track my order?
you will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched. you can use the link to track your order. it is also registered. 

do i need to sign for my order?
yes you will need to sign for the order upon receipt of delivery. if you are not the signatory at the time of delivery then you accept the signature as evidence of full receipt of the delivery.

if I need to send an item back because I believe I received the wrong item, or I have found a defect what do I do?
you can follow the procedures outlined in our “returns policy” which is on the menu tab “information”. you will need to provide proof of purchase, your order number and or invoice number and proof of identity. we do not accept returns of items purchased from other retailers; you must contact the retailer you purchased from.

do you offer refunds ?
we do not offer refunds, you can return full priced items and we will issue you a credit in the form of a gift voucher which can be used to select a product of your choice. please refer to our return terms and conditions for further details. in the event a product is deemed to have been damaged or a manufacturing defect we would repair or replace the item. contact

can I return a sale item or items on promotional sale?
we do not accept returns on discounted items, this includes items marked down from the original retail price, discontinued or sale items or items sold in promotional offers.  please choose carefully. we are happy to assist with any product queries to help in your purchase.
