our shuttle loom towel collection is loomed on old looms in turkey by artesian weavers, a skill handed down by generations. the style of weaving creates a towel that retains a distinctive quality of luxury in hand loomed bath linens, absorbent and enduring. the hand-crafted handle, highlighting the textural beauty.
the TAO is a natural. the beautiful ecru and oatmeal melange finish is the outcome of being woven in natural raw cottons. the base cloth shows the artesian weave created by hand-weaving, making it even more beautiful. it has a flat weave on one side and the pile on the other. you just don’t get towels like this very often. only available in a hand towel. sizes can vary between each one due to being hand woven. finished with hand twisted tassels.

made in turkey from premium turkish cottons. 550gsm. wash with gentle laundry detergents 40c, wash separately and wash colours with like colours. do not use bleaching agents or use fabric softeners. dry separately on on low heat and do not over-dry. do not pull loose threads, just clip. -

the bath linens may vary slightly from towel to towel across the same size. this is not a defect but attributed to the style of loom they are woven on and hand weaving process.
